The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. 

TRADITIONAL FUNERAL PLAN – $6,995

A classic two-day service with visitation and ceremony, often followed by a luncheon. Includes:

• Local transfer of the deceased into our care +
• Embalming and preparation of the deceased
• Consultation and coordination with licensed professional
• Filing of permits and authorizations
• Assistance with obtaining certified death certificates
• Online obituary with guestbook and social media sharing
• Reporting to Social Security and other agencies
• $1,995 casket allowance
• Standard stationary package ($195 value; tax additional)
• Two-hour visitation the evening prior (Weekday 4–8 p.m.) ++
• Funeral service (Weekday 10 a.m.–2 p.m.)
• Procession to cemetery or crematorium with committal or cremation (includes Worry-Free Cremation™)
• Grief support resources
• Does not include outer burial container, vault, urn, flowers, etc.

CONVENIENT SAME-DAY FUNERAL PLAN – $5,995

All events held the same day and at the same location. Includes:

• Local transfer of the deceased into our care +
• Embalming and preparation
• Consultation and coordination
• Permits, authorizations, death certificates
• Online obituary and Social Security reporting
• $1,995 casket allowance
• Standard stationary package ($195 value; tax additional)
• One-hour viewing and funeral service (Weekday 10 a.m.–2 p.m.) ++
• Transfer to cemetery or cremation with Worry-Free Cremation™
• Grief support resources
• Other merchandise not included (vault, urn, flowers, etc.)

JUST A SIMPLE BURIAL PLAN – $3,495

No formal service, but includes a brief committal ceremony at the cemetery. Includes:

• Local transfer of the deceased into our care +
• Basic care (no embalming)
• Planning consultation, permits, Social Security reporting
• Death certificates
• Online obituary
• Transportation to cemetery and committal service (Weekday 10 a.m.–3 p.m.)
• $1,495 casket allowance
• Grief support resources
• Other merchandise not included (vault, stationery, flowers, etc.)

NATURAL BURIAL PLAN – $2,995

Eco-friendly green burial with minimal environmental impact. Includes:

• Local transfer into care +
• Basic care with refrigeration (up to 2 days, no embalming)
• Planning and coordination
• Permits, death certificates, Social Security reporting
• Online obituary
• “Willow” wicker coffin ($995 value; tax additional)
• Transportation and committal at cemetery (Weekday 10 a.m.–3 p.m.)
• Grief support resources
• Other merchandise not included

Green burial only available at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens, Grandville. Cemetery fees not included.

SIMPLE CREMATION WITH CELEBRATION GATHERING – $3,495

For those who want a lighthearted memorial event. Includes:

• Local transfer into care +

• Permits, Social Security reporting, death certificates
• Online obituary

Disclosures: None of our packages include cemetery fees, church/clergy/musician honorariums, newspaper obituaries, certified death certificates, or sales tax unless specified.

• Additional fees may apply for deaths beyond 25 miles, home removals, or those requiring special equipment.
