Yvonne Tremain

Yvonne Johnson, age 43, of Belmont, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital. The daughter of Robert & Carol (Batenburg) Johnson, she was born on September 4, 1972 in Grand Rapids. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her 3 daughters. Yvonne was quick to put others before herself and was always there to support those around her. She was beloved by many and touched the lives of all she encountered. Yvonne will be remembered as a woman full of smiles, strength, and life. She truly was a beautiful soul. Yvonne is survived by her parents Robert and Carol (Batenburg) Johnson; her daughters, Alexis Johnson (25), Janele Johnson-Ellis (24), Tristyn Guerrero (12); her brother Paul Woods (Laura Woods); her sisters Carol Lee Leszczynski (Ronald Leszczynski), Kendra Wymer (Matthew Wymer), Charlene Johnson, and Kimberly Johnson.Visitation is from 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Avenue S.E. at 36th Street (one block west of Eastern Avenue), where the service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with procession to follow to Blythefield Memorial Gardens, 6200 Brewer Ave NE Belmont, MI 49306 for Graveside Service at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to PNC Bank for Tristyn Guerrero's college fund.
