William Woltman

William Woltman, age 73, of Douglas, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021. He was born on April 8, 1948, in Kalamazoo, to Arthur & Frances (Annesley) Woltman. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. William is survived by his daughter, Francis Woltman.
