William Fredericks

September 15, 1961 — May 23, 2019

William James Fredericks(Bill) September 15, 1961 - May 23, 2019 born in Kalamazoo to William and Mary Alice (Tobin) Fredericks. The beloved husband and best friend of Deb; proud father of Christine, Brandon, Jessica and Bob; dear brother of Alice, Tom, Kathy, Gary, Ken, Sue, Bob and Mary; grandpa to 6 very loved grandchildren; and cherished friend to many. All who knew Bill know he had an uncanny way of making a friend no matter where he was. Those of us who had the honor of calling him friend know very well that he could talk about anything and was more than willing to do just that. Rarely did you find Bill at a loss for words. In Bill and Deb's home hangs a sign that describes the rules of the family. Bill followed those rules well and they go as follows: Remember you are loved. He wouldn't let you forget that, he always said "I love you". Remember you are loved. He wouldn't let you forget that, he always said "I love you". Choose to be happy. He chose happy when he married Debbie. Choose to be happy. He chose happy when he married Debbie. Sing, Laugh, Dance. Bill loved his music and would occasionally sing it right out loud. He loved to laugh, he liked to make others laugh along with him and once in awhile you might even see him bust a move. Sing, Laugh, Dance . Bill never stopped dreaming. Always talking about the next big project, the next cool tool or another clamp. And he always had big dreams for him and Deb. Dream Big. Bill never stopped dreaming. He was a respectful guy, always friendly and considerate. Say Please and Thank you. He was a respectful guy, always friendly and considerate. Try your best. Bill may not have had the ability to do what he could once do but he tried his best, even at the dismay of others. Try your best. Offer to help. Bill would do anything for anyone if he could, he may have been physically unable to do a lot but he certainly wanted to and would try. Offer to help. Bill would do anything for anyone if he could, he may have been physically unable to do a lot but he certainly wanted to and would try. Bill and Deb, in their wonderful 12 years of marriage shared so much. From Mackinaw to Hawaii they shared their adventures in travel. They shared their families. They shared their likenesses and their differences. They shared their dreams. Most importantly and above all they shared the most amazing gift one can give another; amazing love. Bill will be very much missed, his absence has left a huge void in our lives but as the house rules go, We will always be grateful that we were blessed to have this man as ours. The memories he left with us will live on for always. There will be a Celebration of Bill's life on June 8, 2019 at the Urban Alliance building, 400 Island Avenue, Parchment 49004, from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Come have a bite to eat, enjoy some of Bill's favorite foods, share some of your favorite memories of this great man.
