William H. Elliott Jr., age 46, of Walker, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at home. The son of William & Beverly (Miller) Elliott, he was born on April 29, 1968 in Washington, Pennsylvania. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
