William Arthur Balzer, age 67, of Battle Creek, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2018 with family by his side. The son of William & Betty (Strieter) Balzer, he was born on January 23, 1951 in Pontiac. William proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War era.
