Walter Shears Jr., age 70, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Friday, January 26, 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital. The son of Walter Shears Sr. and Ela (Johnson) Jackson, he was born on March 30, 1947 in Hollandale, Mississippi. Walter was a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran.
