Virginia Kay Laws, 83, passed away Monday, February 4, 2019 at home.
The daughter of Joseph & Kathryn (Kramer) Phelps, she was born on April 4, 1935 in Los Angeles, California.
Virginia was a faithful servant of God, and shared His word with everyone. She passed the time listening to Southern Gospel music and reading her bible. She loved spending time with family and friends. Virginia also volunteered for hospice, she loved being outdoors and dining at Cracker Barrel.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Laws; daughters, Brenda Kelley, and Glenda Kelley; and son, Jeff Kelley. Virginia is survived by her daughters, Kathryn Smith, and Kim Kelley; along with many other beloved friends and family.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 3-5 p.m., at Allegan First Baptist Church, 1290 32nd Street, Allegan, 49010.
