Virginia Minion

Virginia Dawne Minion, age 79, of Gowen, passed away peacefully and under the loving care of her family and Hospice of Michigan on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at her home. The daughter of William & Grace (Hard) Black, she was born Nov. 28. 1931 and was a graduate of Greenville Senior High School. She worked at Ore-Ida Foods in Greenville until the plant closed and retired from Knoll Industries. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Michael Minion. Surviving are four children, Debra Hansen of Belding, Edward "Bill" Minion of Hillsdale, Melissa Pratt of Comstock Park, and Robert J. "Tiger" Minion of Gowen; fourteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Honoring her wishes, no services will be held and Virginia requested that you keep her family in your thoughts and prayers.
