Virginia Kennedy

Virginia L. Kennedy, age 96, of Grand Rapids, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 29, 2017. The daughter of Ralph & Nellie (Winterhalter) Hahn, she was born on July 4, 1921 in Flint. Her family moved to Dayton, OH in 1935 where she attended Roosevelt High School and graduated in 1939. Virginia married Harold Kennedy in 1940 and moved to New Carlisle, OH where they had a dairy farm for many years. Virginia is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Harold Kennedy; and son, Dale Kennedy. Surviving are her daughter, Elaine (Ron) Rhea; daughter-in-law, Peggy Kennedy; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and two great, great grandchildren.
