Vincent Vicarie

Vincent Todd Vicarie, age 73, of Oakfield Township, ascended to Heaven on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from Green Acres in Greenville. The son of Vincent John & Marie Elizabeth (Rogers) Vicarie, he was born on December 8, 1948 in Grand Rapids. After graduating from Grand Rapids Junior College, Vincent began a career with Gordon Food Service retiring after 30 years. On February 10, 1979, in Muskegon, he married Anita Marie Nuttal and together they raised one daughter and were blessed with 42 years of marriage. Todd enjoyed working on cars, horseback riding with his wife and friends at D bar D Ranch, and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind his wife, Anita Vicarie of Oakfield Township; daughter, Jennifer, and son-in-law John Henderson, of Rockford; granddaughters, Gabby of Ramsey, Minnesota, and Andrea of Cedar Springs; grandsons, Colin and Luke, both of Grand Rapids; sister, Karen, and brother-in-law, Larry Hamelink of Grandville; mother-in-law, Elfreda Nuttal; brothers-in-law, Ron Nuttal of Muskegon, Terry Nuttal of Muskego, Wisconsin; a sister-in-law, Linda & Ken Wilcox of Muskegon; four nieces, Brenda, Becky, Danielle, and Stephanie; and two nephews, Rob and Terry. Memorial services are at 12:00 Noon on Monday, September 27, 2021 at Ashley Baptist Church, 10463 Belding Road (M-44), Belding, with the Rev. Dr. David A. Oliver, pastor of Ashley Baptist Church, officiating. A luncheon will follow the ceremony and private interment will take place later at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Grand Rapids. Instead of flowers, contributions in Vincent's memory to Ashley Baptist Church and Spectrum Health Hospice would be appreciated.
