Victoria Duncan

Victoria Thelma Duncan, age 85, of Grand Rapids passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. She was born March 12, 1935, in Oneida, Tennessee, to the late Bernard and Flora (Keeton) West. Victoria is survived by her three children. Per her wishes cremation has taken place and no public services will be held at this time. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
