Vernon Downs

Vernon E. Downs Jr., age 76, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2017 at Ely Manor surrounded by family. The son of Vernon & Betty (Owens) Downs, he was born on November 15, 1940 in Wyoming. A celebration of life will be from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at American Legion Post 208, 133 44th St. S.E., Grand Rapids. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
