Trimel Rosser

Trimel "Snake" Rosser, age 53, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 20, 2023. He was born August 10, 1969, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Helena Ann Rosser. Trimel was known throughout the city for being ahead of his time with his style of dancing, singing, and whistling. He enjoyed cooking, listening to music, and walking around the city, stopping often to talk to people he knew. He leaves to cherish his memory 2 children; Shawntae Johnson Rosser & Marquise Buxton (Lexis); 6 grandchildren, Lloyd, Amariazia, Marquise Jr., Mylise, Jaquise, & Malakhi; four siblings, Jamie, Ronnie (Gina), Teresa, and Shawn (Kwan); and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helena; brother, Donell Rosser; and cousin, Gregory Rosser. Per his wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service is being planned and details will be announced as soon as it becomes available.
