Tricia M. Fletcher, age 45, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Spectrum Health Rehab & Nursing Center. The daughter of Marsha Harrison, she was born on December 28, 1968 in Lansing, Michigan. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
