Tina V. Simmons, age 41, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Blodgett Hospital. The daughter of Earnest & Maryann (Stall) Simmons, she was born on September 27, 1972 in Hastings, Michigan. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
