Timothy Wonsey

Timothy Marc Wonsey, age 51, of Greenville, passed away unexpectedly on January 1, 2019. The son of Eddie Wonsey and Eileen Langworthy, he was born on June 17, 1967, in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Tim was a jack of all trades working various jobs, most recently he worked at Dicastal and then as a roofer for a friend of the family. He was always busy when not working, hanging out with his family and friends playing some of his favorite games, darts and horseshoes. He was a beloved man, adored by everyone, and will most be remembered by his big laugh and his willingness to do anything to help a friend. He is survived by a large family throughout the United States and many friends here in the Greenville and surrounding communities. He was preceded by his grandparents Edmund Wonsey and Lillian Wonsey and his father Eddie Wonsey. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at Straight Street Ministries, 1015 E Washington Street, Greenville, Michigan, and be designated for relatives and close friends. A benefit will take place at the Reno Bar at 2 p.m. and everyone is encouraged to attend. Arrangements were entrusted to Christiansen Cremation & Funeral Care.
