The world's best Grandpa, Timothy John Runyan, was welcomed home to Heaven on December 31, 2021, at the age of 67 due to Covid 19. He held no sadness at his death because he was incredibly happy to go Home to Heaven and share a meal with his wife, Mary Louise Runyan, at the Lord's table.
His effortless hospitality, his commendable work ethic, his love of the Lord, his passion for his poor losing football team, the Detroit Lions, and his silly sense of humor will be dearly missed by all of us who love him.
His legacy is the love shared with his family and will live on in all of us: His daughter Rebecca Naujalis and his Grandchildren Jonathan, Andrew, Nickolas, Bethany, His Granddaughter in Law Rachel, and Great Granddaughter Lilian. His son Roger Clark and his Wife Rachel, and their children Rosemary, Timothy, and Logan, His Great Grandchildren Odin, and Marley. His Sisters Victoria and Greg Roossien, Terri and Robert Cox, and Cheryl and Dan Fletcher, his brother Mike and many more friends as well as his Church Family Westview CRC.
A celebration of his life will be open to the public and held on January 30th at Westview CRC 2929 Leonard ST NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504. There will be cookies and coffee before the service which will start at 11:45am.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids, 616-452-3006.
