Thomas Kiliszewski

Thomas Richard Kiliszewski, age 84, of Newaygo, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Metron of Belding. The son of Theodore & Laura (LaMarbre) Kiliszewski, he was born on April 6, 1933 in Grand Rapids. Tom was a retired carpenter who loved to tinker. Fishing was his passion, which he passed along and taught to his children, sons-in-law, and his grandchildren. You could find him fishing most any time, drilling holes in the ice in the winter, fishing in a boat or off the dock/shore during the rest of the year. Tom also enjoyed hunting for mushrooms, knowledge that he also passed along to his kids. Thomas was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Szudzik; brothers, Theodore Kiliszewski, and Edward Kelly; and his sister, Linda Katchor. Thomas is survived by his brothers, James Kiliszewski, and Dave Kiliszewski; sisters, Marie Seagars, and Elizabeth (John) Willard; children, Teri (Tom) Lukas, Jeffery (Cindy) Kelly, Mary (Dan) DeYoung, Dawn (Tom) Hakim, Anthony Kiliszewski, and Jennifer (Steve) Guidebeck; as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
