Thomas Gill

Thomas W. Gill, 70, passed away Monday evening, April 1st, 2019 at Medilodge of Campus Area under the care of Great Lakes Caring Hospice. The son of Howard & Pearl (Dolbee) Gill, he was born October 30, 1948 in Lansing. Thomas was a proud veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War. He was decorated with the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and the Combat Infantryman Badge. Tom had a passion for all Michigan State sports and he loved to cook. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Steve Gill. Surviving as his children, Jennifer Gill, Jodi & Keith Kleimola, Dale & Penny Gill, and Matt Zserdin; brother, Mike & Judy Gill; and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. Burial will take place at a later date at Fort Custer National Cemetery, 15501 Dickman Road, Augusta, 49012.
