Thomas Cole

Thomas Cole, age 83, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Friday, April 21, 2023. He was born March 7, 1940, in Grand Rapids, MI to the late Gerald and Eleanor (Baleski) Cole. Tom proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. After his time in the service he earned an associates degree from Davenport University. He married the love of his life, Carol Hartman on December 28, 1963, in Muskegon, MI. Tom worked many years as a purchasing agent within the dental care industry. He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 60 years, Carol, their two children and their family. Per Tom's wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date and details will be announced as soon as they become available. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Sentinel Pointe and Gentiva Hospice for their care and compassion throughout this difficult time.
