Theodore A. White, age 44, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2015.
The son of William & Phyllis (Elayne) White, he was born on November 1, 1970 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
