Terry Powers

Terry Lee Powers, age 52, of Lowell, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at home surrounded by family. The son of Marvin & Alice (Huey) Powers he was born on April 28, 1965 in Greenville. He loved spending his time outdoors no matter the weather. He was an avid ice fisherman, hunter, and enjoyed hunting for mushrooms. Terry was preceded in death by a daughter, Tosha Powers; by his parents; and by many aunts & uncles. Surviving are his loving wife, Elizabeth Powers; daughter, Paige Armstrong; son, Austin Ellsworth; two brothers, Marvin Powers, and Destrey Powers; as well as two great nieces, Payten & Riley Wilkerson; and great nephew, Kobey Wilkerson. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Terry's life beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Lowell Church of the Nazarene, 201 N. Washington Street, Lowell, with a luncheon following. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
