Teresa Lynn “Terri” Naperalsky, age 63, of Wayland, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 1, 2024.
She was born on December 11, 1960, in Grand Rapids, to the late William & Patricia Hasty.
Terri earned a Bachelor’s in Arts from Kendall University.
Terri was fun loving and had a great sense of humor. She enjoyed BINGO, playing cards, drawing, crocheting, and her monthly family dinners. Her two sons, Wayne & Kyle meant everything to her. She was a devoted mother and constant supporter.
She will be dearly missed by her husband, Michael Naperalsky; sons, Wayne (Breanna) Baker and Kyle (Melissa) Baker; “adopted daughter”, Angela Granados; brothers, Kevin (Kim) Buckowing and John (Sherry) Buckowing; sister, Dawn Buckowing; aunt, Deb (Doug) Buckowing; mother-in-law, Gayle (Roy) Crews; brothers-in-law, Gary Naperalsky, James (Salley) Jackson, Robert (Marykay) Jackson; sisters-in-law, Marijo (Hans) Weissgerer and Jamie (Clint) Durrence; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William Hasty & Patricia (Floyd) Buckowing; siblings, Lori Holt & Floyd Buckowing.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 PM on Friday, March 8, 2024, at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Avenue SE, Grand Rapids. Visitation will continue on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 10:00 until 11:00 am at the funeral home. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am with a luncheon to follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or Humane Society of West Michigan.
