Teresa Cuellar

Teresa Cuellar, age 59, of Holland, Michigan, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023. She was born June 11, 1963, in Saginaw, to the late Alberto Cuellar Jr. and Erlinda (Garza) Montalvo. Teresa graduated from Carrollton High School with the class of 1988. She worked many years for Challenge Corp. Teresa was a very kind hearted person who loved her family very much. She was a very humorous person who made people laugh. She enjoyed having lunch dates with friends and family as well as shopping. Teresa also found a new love of traveling and seeing new places. She is survived by her brother, Frederico Cuellar; sister, Christina (Hijinio, Jr.) Urivez; sister-in-law, Rosalinda Cuellar; nieces and nephews, Vincent Cuellar, Angelina (David) Rivera, Victor Cruz, Eric (Yuli) Cuellar, Cisco Rios, Erica Almaeida, and Mercedes Reyes; great-nieces and great nephews; and many aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends. Teresa didnt have any children of her own, but she loved her niece and nephews, as if they were her own. Teresa was preceded in death by her long-time partner, Benito Gonzalez; her longtime furbaby "Buddy", father, Alberto Cuellar Jr.; mother and step-father, Erlinda (Esequiel) Montalvo); and brother, Michael Cuellar. Per her wishes cremation has taken place and memorial service will be held at 633 Ministries in Holland, Michigan on Saturday, February 25th 2023, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm.
