Suzanne Wurm, age 59, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital.
The daughter of William & Mary (Seagram) Wurm, she was born on July 9, 1955 in Detroit.
Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
