Susan K. Hoogerhyde, age 56, of Wyoming, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2016 at Metro Health Hospital.
The daughter of Monte & Phyllis (Jardis) Homrich, she was born on February 18, 1959 in Grand Rapids.
Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
