Susan Burnett

Susan K. Burnett, age 67, of Howard City, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022. She was born on July 19, 1954, in Grand Rapids, to Roy & Esther Burnett. Susan worked for Irwin Seating until her retirement. Susan enjoyed simple things like yelling at her children and spending time with her grandchildren. Susan loved drinking coffee and always enjoyed watching nature in her backyard. In her down time she enjoyed playing games or knitting. Susan also enjoyed going for a drive and just visiting family. Survivors include her three children, Shawn Burnett, Tracy Nickels and Tammy Burnett; grandchildren, Shawn Jr., Lukas, Ellie and Leia; siblings, Peggy (Mike) Nelson, Sally Crowner, Jack Burnett & Kathy Burnett. She is preceded in death by her boyfriend Floyd Nickels, and her parents. A Celebration of Life will at place at 1:00 pm on August 6, 2022, at Long Lake in Sparta.
