Susan J. Booth, age 53, of Traverse City, passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Munson Hospice House.
The daughter of Thomas & Joy (Smith) McCullagh, she was born on July 12, 1960 in Detroit.
Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
