Sue A. Crooks, age 61, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Spectrum Health Rehab & Nursing Center. The daughter of Walter & Beverley (Adams) Carr, she was born on August 30, 1953 in Lansing, Michigan. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
