Steven R. Ruiter, age 58, of Walker passed away Wednesday June 2, 2012 at home. The son of Robert W. and Bethlyann K. (Anderson) Ruiter, Steve was born March 24, 1954 in Grand Haven and worked in masonry. Surviving are his three sisters; Peggy Hoogewind of Lowell, Mary Godley of Illinois, and Karen Bumgarner. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids. Steven R.
