Steven R. Bell, age 59, of Allegan, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital. The son of Ralph & Joan (Linsner) Bell, he was born on June 23, 1957 in Allegan. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
