Shirley A. Smith, age 84, of Lansing, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Eaton Community Pallitive Care. The daughter of Reginald & Catherine (Delaney) Kirgis, she was born on October 20, 1928 in Lansing. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
