Sharon Sorensen

Sharon Lee (Cronk) Sorensen, age 73, of Reed City, passed away on Friday, November 22, 2019, at home surrounded by her family. Sharon was born on September 17, 1946, in Grand Rapids, to the late Lester and Doris (Norton) Cronk. She graduated from Forest Hills Central High School with the class of 1964. Sharon married James Sorensen on September 17, 1965. Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, James; sons, James Sorensen II of Columbus, OH; Jason Sorensen of Muskegon, MI; and Joshua (Sheryl) Sorensen of Cedar Springs, MI; daughter, Tina (Ronald Jr.) Dagen of Leroy, MI; sisters, Kim (John Osbun) of Cedar Springs, MI; Cathy (Steve) Alsup of Ionia, MI; and Connie (fiance, Steve Booke) of Saranac, MI; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Richard "Dickie" Cronk; and grandson, Eli Clementshaw. Sharon will be remembered as "Mother to All", a free spirit, a Loving Woman, and a fighter to the end. Per Sharon's wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
