Shannon Paul

Shannon Jack Paul, age 47, of Greenville, passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 at his home. The son of Jon W. Paul & Donna L. Curtis, he was born on October 14, 1967 in Muskegon. Until becoming disabled, he worked as a mechanic at Northtown Motorhomes in Rockford. A technology expert, Shannon was just short of completing his degree in computer programming and web design. He enjoyed watching The History Chanel and loved to travel. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Alexi Nicole Paul on February 8, 2008. Surviving are his father and step-mother, Jon W. & Cheri Paul of Muskegon; his mother and step-father, Donna L. & Sam Schubert of Anderson, South Carolina; his children, Ryan Paul of Greenville, Brooke Paul & Jamie Marr of Sidney, Savannah & Lyndon Martin of Leicester, Vermont, and Ashley Calver of Grand Rapids; six grandchildren, Koda, Kendra, Noah, Rylee, Jaelyn, and Izaiah; two brothers, Robert Paul, Shawn Paul and his husband Scott Bernhard, all of Florida; a sister, Samantha Schubert of Gainesville, Georgia; many step-siblings; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family is from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at at Christiansen Cremation & Funeral Care, 511 S.
