Shannon O'Fallon

Shannon K. O'Fallon, age 48 of Spring Lake, passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods in Byron Center. She was born on January 29, 1964 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is survived by her parents, John and Carol Johnson; daughter, Erika Kopulos; brother, Matt Riemersma; niece, Hayley; nephews, Jordan and Mathew; and boyfriend, Jeff Pelk. She is loved and will be missed by many. Memorial pending. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place and memorial services are pending.
