Salvador Calero

Salvador Montenegro Calero, age 49, of Greenville, passed away Monday, November 24, 2014 at Metron of Greenville. The son of Justino & Consuelo (Montenegro) Calero, he was born on Christmas Day, December 25, 1964 in Cortazar, Guanajuato, Mexico. For many years he worked for Korsons Tree Farms. Salvador was preceded in death by his mother. Surviving are his wife, Raquel Garcia of Greenville; their children, Olga Calero of Orleans, Elicia Calero, Maria deJesus Calero, and Jesus Angel Calero, all of Greenville; two grandchildren, Ayanaria Raquel Calero and Jose Angel Vasquez; his father, Justino Calero of Mexico; six brothers and sisters, Leonor Muniz of Texas, Juan Calero, Chavela Calero, Fidel Calero, Gabriella Calero, and Ramon Calero, all of Mexico; and several nieces and nephews.
