Sabrina Smith

Sabrina Jean Sam Smith, age 52, of Rockford, passed away Tuesday morning, June 3, 2008 at home under the loving care of her husband and Heartland Hospice. She was born on was born on Aug. 21, 1955 in St. Paul, Minnesota and had worked at the former Greenville Wire plant, until marrying Charles S. Chuck Smith on Aug. 3, 2002. Sam enjoyed knitting and being outdoors, especially when tending her flowers or sharing a picnic lunch with those she loved. Surviving are her husband, Chuck Smith of Rockford; her son, Matthew Stone; three granddaughters, Taylor Lynn, Madison Jean, and Kennedy Marie; her grandmother, Frieda Talledge; and many special friends.
