Russell Murray

Russell M. Murray, age 61, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023. He was born on February 3, 1962, in Grand Rapids, to John & Rose Murray. Russell worked as a truck driver for Dewitt Barrels, and later drove taxi for yellow cab. He enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, he loved picking out recipes and cooking for them, he enjoyed taking them to the theater to watch movies, He enjoying going camping in Ludington, He enjoyed watching crime and mysteries on TV. He loved going to breakfast with the breakfast club. Survivors include his daughter, Josie (David) Door; ex-wives, Jody Murray and Deandra Murray; step-children, Carol Ann, Jennifer, Josh, Johnny, Devon, Kelsey; brother, John (Karen) Murray. He is preceded in death by son, Rj Murray; mother and father; and wife, Michelle. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids, 616-452-3006.
