Roxie Andrews

Roxie Lyn Andrews, age 65, passed away Friday, February 28, 2020, at her home under the loving care of her family and Spectrum Health Hospice. The daughter of Gerald L. & Sally L. (Foss) Sparks, she was born on June 2, 1954, in Detroit. Roxie was a loving sister to four siblings, Sheri (Brian) Robson, Jeri Shearon, Brian Sparks, and Ginger Sparks; a loving mother to four kids, Tim (Lynn) Andrews, Scott (Rosemary) Andrews, Russell (Jill) Andrews and Vicki (Jory) Klumpp. She was also Grandma Roxie to twelve grandchildren, Alyssia, Mallory, Caitlin, Carina, Garret, Cassidy, Ayla, Rogan, Jackson, Deslyn, Zane, and Roman. On September 23, 1972, in Detroit, she married Victor Thomas Andrews and together they raised four children. What Roxie enjoyed most of all was spending time with her grandkids. Visitation is from 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at Grand Rapids First, 2100 44th Street S.W., Wyoming, where Celebration of Life services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Committal services will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at Fort Custer National Cemetery, 15501 Dickman Road, Augusta.
