Ronald Nottingham

Ronald James Nottingham, age 66, of Plainwell, passed away Friday, May 18, 2012 at Veterans Affairs Medical Center-Battle Creek. The son of Lloyd & Doris (Boulter) Nottingham, he was born on June 12, 1945 in Plainwell. Ronald was a decorated veteran of the Vietnam War, serving with the U.S. Marine Corps, and worked for General Motors for 30 years. Survivors include two sons, Jamie Nottingham and David Nottingham; and a daughter, Danielle Nottingham of Plainwell. Committal services, with full military honors rendered by the United States Marine Corps, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta. Arrangements were entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, honored providers of Veterans Funeral Care.
