Robert Miller

Robert L. "Bob" Miller, Sr., age 71, of Greenville, passed away Friday, December 4, 2020 at Mission Point of Belding. The son of Dorothy Louise (Rhodes) & Kenneth Franklin Miller, Sr., he was born on November 30, 1949 in Lansing. On October 26, 1984, in Belding, he married Sue Rae Emery and together they enjoyed 36 years of marriage. Bob retired from the former Electrolux Home Products after 29 years of service. An avid outdoorsman, Bob enjoyed hunting and fishing and also enjoyed woodworking. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Calvin Miller, Sr. Surviving are his wife, Sue Miller of Greenville; his children, Bobbie Jo & Scott Bower, Robert "Rob" & Christa Miller, Jr., and Rodney Miller; his grandchildren, Robert Miller III, Nathan Bower, Natalie Bower, Jacob Myers, Garrett Purchase, Darren Purchase, Breann & Mark Ward, and Elijah Miller; a great-granddaughter, Lilah Miller; seven brothers and sisters, Barbra Crawford, Kenneth & Patricia Miller, Sr., Lee Kibler, Gary Miller, Sr. & Michele Graveline, Pam Miller, Jeff Miller, and Marian & Gerald Hancotte; siblings-in-law, Cindy Jensen, Tina & Wayne Winchester, and Wayne & Jane Knickerbocker; and many nieces and nephews. Bob loved his family very much. Private services family services were held at Christiansen's Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Greenville, and a memorial service with family and friends will be held from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at the Eureka Township Hall (9322 SW Greenville Road, Greenville).
