Robert Hickman

Robert L. Hickman II, age 59, of Kentwood, passed away on Friday, April 8, 2016 at Mercy Health St. Mary's Hospital, surrounded by family. The son of Robert & Margaret (Melvin) Hickman, he was born on September 5, 1956 in Grand Rapids. He was preceded in death by his father; and two brothers, Bruce Hickman and Timothy Hickman. Surviving are his loving wife, Tammy J. Hickman; mother; daughter, Jennifer (Michael) Gilmurray of Baldwin; son, Dan L. Hickman of Grand Rapids; three step children, Shaun (Lindi), Brian (Angie) and Amber Wielinga; brother, Michael Hickman of Reno NV; two sisters, Cheryl (David) Veenstra of Cedar Springs and Vickie Hickman of Gaines Township; three grandchildren, Andrea (Travis) Munsell, Michael Gilmurray II, Johnathon Hickman; two great grandchildren, Karson Dalton, and Khloe Munsell; along with numerous relatives and friends. We all love and miss you "Front Row Rob". A celebration of Robs life will be on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the American Legion Post #208, 133 44th St Kentwood, from 2:00pm - 5:00pm.
