Rita M. Ashbaugh, age 51, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital.
The daughter of James & Maxine (Sims) Ashbaugh, she was born on August 30, 1962 in Grand Rapids.
Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
