Richard V. Yarger, age 87, of Freeport, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The son of Vern & Lucille (Demary) Yarger, he was born on December 9, 1925 in Grand Rapids, MI.. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
