Richard P. Willingham, age 51, of Jacksonville, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2017.
The son of Frank & Donna (Bumbarger) Bess, he was born on May 27, 1965 in Frederick, MD.
Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
