Richard H. Schaap, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Grand Rapids Home for Veterans.
The son of Harry & Grace (McClure) Schaap, he was born on June 7, 1923 in Grand Rapids.
Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
