Richard Riedel

Richard Alan Riedel, age 53, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2015. He was born on December 26, 1961 in Chicago to Robert and L. Patricia (Wilkins) Riedel. A Lutheran by faith, he attended Ascension Lutheran Church. In memory of Richard, his family wishes for everyone to remember him every time they go to a ballgame, drink a beer, or land in the sand trap at the golf course! He will be sadly missed by his sister, Lynne S. Martin and her husband Randy of Hendersonville, TN; a niece, Megan Martin; and a nephew, Casey Martin. A graveside service will be in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville, OH at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made in Richards honor to: The American Lung Cancer Assoc., The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, The Humane Society, or a charity of your choice. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
