Richard Howard Nusbaum, age 88, of Edmore, passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Spectrum Health United Hospital with his wife and daughter by his side. The son of L Howard & Mary (Schaffer) Nusbaum, he was born on March 3, 1933 in Harlan, Indiana.
