Richard Morey

Richard Allen Morey, age 80, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 26, 2019 surrounded by his immediate family and many other loved ones. The son of Nathan Morey and Katherine Lucas, he was born on January 24, 1939 in Grand Rapids. Grand Rapids Beloved husband of Beverly for nearly 47 years; Rich is the dearly loved father of Lisa (Larry) Shepard, Richard Morey, and Anthony (Polly) Morey; Proud and loving grandfather to seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren, Rich cherished family above all else. Family and close friends are respectfully invited to attend Rich's burial service at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2019, at Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery, 2894 Patterson Ave S.E. Grand Rapids, 49512. Following the burial service, a luncheon will be held, details for it will be announced at the burial.
